Our own workshop
We maintain our buses ourselvesServiced and repaired in our own workshop, with every job recorded in our maintenance system.
Tracked and on camera
Every Moon Ways bus has a tracker, and cameras on board watch the driver and the guard. Our central control room keeps watch on every bus and on the inside of the buses while they are on the road, so we see how each journey is being driven, not just where the bus is.
Licensed drivers, within the law
Every Moon Ways driver must hold a valid, active driving licence. Our buses keep to the speed limits set by Pakistan's traffic laws.
On long journeys
Long routes carry two drivers, with drivers changing over at terminals along the way. The bus stops for food and prayer, and the driver announces how long the stop is.
Women travelling alone
Tell the office when you reserve and you will be seated accordingly. The booking staff do this every day and will not need it explained. A hostess travels on every bus.
Identity checks
Carry your CNIC on every journey. It may be checked at the terminal or on the road, and it is what we need if anything has to be traced afterwards.
If something worries you
Tell the guard or the hostess on board, or call the UAN on 03 111 597 597 at any hour. After the journey, use the complaint form.
